Hemp Hearts

Here at the Herbal Path, we love hemp hearts.  If you’ve been in recently asking about omega 3s, weight loss, protein supplements, healthy eating, or just about anything, we may have recommended hemp hearts.  These delicious seeds are high in protein, omega 3 essential fatty acids, vitamin D, and more!  The first thing people usually ask is, “What do I do with them?”  Here are some suggestions.  Hemp hearts can be added to:

salsa
ice cream
soups
salad dressing
