Fire Cider Immunity Tonic

Help your body fend off viruses with this zesty herbal tonic!  Try a tablespoon as needed
when you’re not feeling well and/or drizzle it on veggies for an immune boost!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped ginseng root (fresh or dried)
1/4 cup grated ginger root
1/4 cup grated horseradish root
1/8 cup chopped garlic
Cayenne pepper to taste
Apple Cider Vinegar–enough to cover herbs by 1-2 inches

Combine prepped ingredients and pour Apple Cider Vinegar.
Seal tightly then let sit for four weeks.
After time has elapsed, strain herbs from the vinegar and sweeten with honey to taste.
