Red Pepper Hummus Recipe

The recipe takes about ten minutes to prepare and makes two cups.

1/2 cup Sesame seeds

2 tsp Chopped garlic

1 tsp Sea salt

2 cups Seeded and diced red bell pepper

1/3 cup Tahini

1/4 cup Lemon juice

1/2 tsp Ground cumin

1. In a food processor, grind sesame seeds into powder.

2. Add garlic and salt and process into small pieces.

3. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth.

Hummus will keep for two days in the fridge.
