Recipe: Grilled Nectarines w/ Honey & Greek Yogurt
Hope everyone had a great three day weekend! If your mind is still on a mini vacation, then here is a simple recipe to spice up your Tuesday night.
4 Ripe Nectarines
1 Tbs. Grapeseed Oil
8 Oz Vanilla Greek Yogurt
2 Tbs. Local Organic Honey
1. Pre-heat grill to a medium heat.
2. Cut nectarines in half and remove the pits.
3. Moisten both sides with grapeseed oil and grill about 4 minutes each side until marked and slightly softened. Let sit for a few minutes and remove skins.
4. Place two nectarine halves on each of four plates and top each with a dallop of yogurt and a drizzle of honey.
