Vinaigrette recipe
All purpose Vinaigrette:
3-4 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Flaxseed Oil
2 Tbs Balsamic, Champagne, or Other Vinegar, or Other Citrus Juice
1/2-1 Tsp Dijon Mustard or Honey, or both
(Optional) Minced Fresh Herbs or Other Flavoring
1. Mix two parts oil to one part acidic liquid.
2. If you like, add an emulsifier, like a dollop mustard or honey.
3. Taste and adjust to your liking. Add herbs and other flavorings.
