Euphrasia for Allergies

This is a tough time of year for those with seasonal allergies.  Mine have been particularly bad these last few days, and I wanted to try something new.  I started using the homeopathic remedy “euphrasia officinalis” on Saturday, and I’m impressed!

Homeopathic remedies are easy to take (just five tiny pellets under your tongue), and have no side effects or interactions with any other medications.  The euphrasia seems to be helping my sinuses stay more clear and reducing the “brain fog.”  It hasn’t eliminated the sinus headache, but it’s still a huge improvement.

Note: Homeopathic remedies are most effective when taken on an empty stomach (20 minutes on either side of it without food), and you should avoid (or at least separate as much as possible) coffee and strong mint flavors (like toothpaste).
